First Class Service Multipoint UPVC door lock mechanism broke in tenants flat needed to get quick fix before they left for work. Dom took my call, was there in no time, I literally had only just started my cup of tea I’d made after calling him! He explained everything and fixed it for a fair price. Great service, highly recommend and officially now saved in my phone contacts as “Locksmith” Thanks Dom. Really appreciated. 🙂

I called out Dom to repair a UPC door lock. He said he would call around within 2 hours. Dom soon identified the problem, he ordered the parts and returned to fit a new lock and mechanism. Excellent job done by a nice young man.

Have used budget locksmiths twice recently and on each occasion the service has been exceptionally good. All work was completed competently by a professional who clearly takes a pride in his work. Highly recommend !

Excellent service. Was with me within 40mims. Very happy 😊

Very friendly. Explained everything he had to do. Very fast. Cleared up after himself. Really pleasant experience

Wonderful service thank you ! The chances are , you are going to get locked out at the most inconvenient time , it’s called Sod’s Law ! Late on a rainy Saturday afternoon when I could not find any Plymouth locksmith ready to help me , you dropped everything and got me back into my house . Polite , courteous and helpful . I know Plymouth folk have a good reputation when it comes to exhibiting these life skills but it always a pleasure to experience them first hand . Thank you

Absolutely recommend this company 100%. I needed a new door lock. I rang Budget Locksmiths at lunchtime. I told them it wasn’t urgent but they told me they could come out later that day. The price quoted was unbelievably affordable. True to their word, a chap came out in the afternoon and fitted a new, and improved lock in minutes. Bonus is that it came with six keys! Absolutely gobsmacked. Well done to a great company and certainly an asset to Plymouth.

Dom was awesome, came out within an hour of calling and identified the problem immediately, fitted a new lock within 20mins. Friendly and efficient service, would definitely recommend and use again in the future – thanks again!
